Terms of Service

Saelvora is provided for authorized business use by approved pilot customers. Customers are responsible for workspace users, connected channels, consent compliance, and the accuracy of business rules configured in the product.

The service may be updated, limited, or suspended to protect patients, operators, or platform integrity. Saelvora may disable voice, SMS, AI classification, or integrations when abuse, compliance risk, or upstream outages create customer-impacting risk.
