Privacy Policy

Saelvora stores operator account data, workspace configuration, conversation metadata, booking activity, and audit history needed to run the revenue desk. Pilot customers remain responsible for the lawfulness of their outreach, patient communications, and connected third-party systems.

Access is restricted to authorized workspace members and approved subprocessors needed to deliver the service, including hosting, auth, telephony, and voice providers. Customer data is retained only as long as needed for product operation, debugging, compliance, and contractual obligations.
